进入湿季，全国各地都开始出现了大范围的潮湿天，茶友们也讨论最多的是湿季普洱茶防潮的问题，在这种天气里，空气湿度大，所以普洱茶非常容易受潮霉变，“防潮”就显得尤为重要，再好的普洱茶如果受潮发霉，它也将一文不值。所以，普洱茶防潮刻不容缓，防潮方法动起来……

如何鉴别茶叶是否受潮

用手指捏住一小撮茶叶，如果茶叶变成碎末状则表明受潮较轻；如果茶叶变碎并变成块状或条状，表明茶叶基本受了潮；茶叶没成碎末，而是维持原形或者变动不大，则表明茶叶已经完全受潮。

How to identify if the tea is damp

Pinch a handful of tea with finger. If the tea is smashed, it’s slightly damp; if the tea breaks into pieces and becomes bulk or strip, it’s basically damp; if the tea is not smashed, but maintains original shape or hardly changes, it’s completely damp. 

湿季茶叶如何防潮

撬开过的茶饼存放

很多茶友都有对普洱茶集邮的习惯，也就是俗称的片入和筒入，那撬开过的茶叶该怎么防潮呢？一般建议将普洱茶置于陶瓷缸或铁盒中存放。在家即将要喝的普洱茶拆去包装，整块或用普洱刀小心将其开松成小片，用宣纸或无味吸潮的纸张包好后放入小型的陶瓷茶罐和铁盒存放。

家中整片整筒的普洱的存放

整饼和整桶茶叶的存放就比较严谨了，很多茶友买来的好茶都不舍得喝，有些一放就是几年，那防潮防异味就不得不仔细了，万一发霉了就太可惜了，不光是茶的原因，还有对茶的那份执着的感情！先准备牛皮纸（一定得无异味）将茶饼或者整筒茶用纸袋或者整张牛皮纸包装起来，然后将包装好的茶叶置于准备好的纸箱内，最后密封把纸箱放在干燥无异味通风处，存放紫砂缸存放更佳。

Many friends are reluctant to drink the good tea and always store them for many years, so it should be careful to prevent from dampness and foreign odor. If they get moldy, it will be a great pity not only because of the tea, but because of persistent passion for tea! Prepare some kraft papers without foreign odor, wrap the tea cake or whole canister of Pu’er tea with paper bag or whole piece of kraft paper. Put packaged tea in carton and seal, place the carton in dry and ventilated place without foreign odor. It’s better to store in purple-sand vat.

巧用工具控制环境温湿度 

湿度太大时，要巧妙地借助抽湿机或空调抽湿等外界手段进行除湿。要时刻监测室内的温湿度，一个“温湿度计”是最好的法宝。一般存茶湿度要求控制在５５％－６５％以内，若湿度超过６５％，可用抽湿机或能除湿的空调除湿。

当潮湿天来袭，大家千万要记得提前紧闭家中的门窗，特别是每天的清晨和晚上，关闭朝南和东南的窗户，隔绝窗外的湿气。卫生间、厨房等水汽较重的居室门也要随时关上，以免水汽绵延到室内其他地方。 

When wet days come, you must remember to close the doors and windows in advance, especially in the morning and evening every day, close the windows facing south and southeast, isolate the moisture outside the windows. Bathroom, kitchen and other heavy vapor doors should also be closed at any time, in order to avoid vapor stretching to other parts of the room.

潮湿季或者“回南天”期间，即使室外偶尔有阳光，也不要轻易开窗通风。这不仅不能缓解潮湿现象，还可能因室内外温差大，贸然开窗通风会引发室内地面、墙体水汽凝结加重。

During wet season or "back to the south", do not open windows and ventilate easily even if there is occasional sunshine outdoors. Not only can this not alleviate the damp phenomenon, but also because of the large temperature difference between indoor and outdoor, the sudden opening of windows and ventilation will lead to the aggravation of water vapor condensation in the indoor floor and wall.
