为进一步贯彻落实四川省委书记彭清华在雅安视察时的重要指示和市委、市政府领导关于“蒙茶”工作的安排部署，宣传推介“蒙茶”，让更多人知晓“蒙茶”、品饮“蒙茶”，拓展市场，于2020年8月14日-8月17日在第八届中国（呼和浩特）茶产业博览会展会期间,由雅安市人大副主任彭学松带队对内蒙古茶叶市场进行考察。
此次考察的主要领导有：雅安市人大副主任彭学松、雅安市农业农村局局长蒲丹惠、雅安市供销社副主任李洪、四川省茶叶流通协会秘书长陈书谦等。

此次主要考察了：呼和浩特市九九街茶叶批发市场、包头市乔家金街茶城和马连道茶城等，实地询问了当地茶商们茶叶消费特点、产品类型、销售价格、消费等，并和内蒙古茶叶相关行业组织、主管部门、经销商等举行了产销座谈会，为蒙茶打开内蒙市场建言献策。
